Responsibilities
- deliver/execute quality assurance standards as a part of global working groups.
- support the processing, tracking, and validation of network related payments and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- coordinate with internal Finance and Network teams to support monthly payments.
- assist with operational support for network carriers and vendors in Brazil, ensuring continuity of services.
- support local contract renewals, documentation preparation, and follow‑ups with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- act as an interface between Network teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for routine operational matters.
- prepare, update, and maintain documentation related to network changes, renewals, and operational processes.
- participate in operational initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the Network organization.
