Working in shifts from our Command Centre, you will be the first point of contact for production matters, playing a vital role in maintaining the availability and performance of our services.
Your responsibilities:
You will watch for the production environment, Monitor batch processing on both mainframe and distributed systems (Windows/Unix), and ensure all operations are completed within their deadlines.
