Job Description

PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to lead our IT Operations team supporting both infrastructure and application environment.


This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage mission-critical systems and ensure high availability in fast-paced environments where uptime and response times are essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES


The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and supervise the IT Operations team responsible for both infrastructure and application support.

  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

  • Act as a hands-on technical leader, actively participating in troubleshooting, incident management, and operational improvements.

  • Manage and coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration to minimize downtime.
