Job Description
- Provide User and client computer support through our ticketing system for locations across the EMEA region and also further afield, in line with defined SLA and company policies, delivering both on-site and remote assistance.
- Deployment of approved software and hardware to the users according to our company IT Policies
- Support with OT related tasks in production sites
- Involvement in global technical IT projects and teams
- Shorter business travels can occur
- Education in Information Technology and/or minimum 3 years’ experience within IT user support (PC, server, network)
- Very good English and Polish language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge, and support experience with Windows based client systems
- Experience with support of Android based mobile devices needed
- Basic knowledge in supporting Windows based servers, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP ...
