IT Supplier Risk Management Assistant

This role assists IT Supplier Risk Management in research, organization, compilation, analysis, tracking, and reporting of the Raymond James IT Suppliers. This position will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and conducting analysis on the IT contingent workforce.

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Technical Skills/Experience:

• Data analytical experience in an IT, operations, or service management environment to identify risk and improvement opportunities
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLookUp
• Manage large data sets with accuracy and great attention to detail
• Knowledge of Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, and Tableau
