We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level) to support our international operations.
In this role, you will ensure smooth IT services for our users, contribute to general IT projects, and be a key point of contact for technical support.
Responsibilities
Provide IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal users across local and international locations
Support business applications, especially in production and logistics environments
Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (on‐site & remote)
Install, configure, and maintain IT workplaces, PCs, and meeting rooms
Collaborate closely with internal departments and global IT teams
Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base
Support IT projects and process improvements
Manage IT assets and inventory
