Job Description
Elevate your IT skills as an IT Support Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting and assessing client IT infrastructure. Work Monday to Saturday with flexibility for remote support.
In this role, you will provide technical help for IT issues, both onsite and remotely. Conduct quarterly health assessments and manage escalation of unresolved problems to senior support levels. Create thorough documentation within our ticketing system to streamline communication and issue resolution.
