Join our global IT team and make an impact! We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level) to support our international operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth IT services for our users, contribute to global IT projects, and be a key point of contact for technical support.
Provide IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal users across local and international locations
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues ( on-site & remote )
Install, configure, and maintain IT workplaces, PCs, and meeting rooms
Collaborate closely with internal departments and global IT teams
Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base
Support IT projects and process improvements
Manage IT assets and inventory
Deliver user onboarding sessions and trainings
Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
