Responsibilities:
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and exceptional IT talents
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Manage job posting and advertisement processes
Drive all recruiting programs and source top talent to build short and long-term candidate pipelines
Screen applications and select qualified candidates
Preparation of interview questions, hiring and selection materials, manage the interview processes Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or other related field
Two to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
