Descrição: Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting Customer Service Assistants fluent in Italian for a stable and growing project in the logistics sector. Tasks:
| Perform and Receive phone calls to Small and Medium Companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of customer equipment;
| Provide information and answer questions. Working schedule: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Localization: Lisbon (Areeiro) Requisitos: - Italian Speakers;
- Good Communication skills;
- Energy and team spirit;
- Rigor and perseverance;
- Customer orientation;
- Good computer skills. Condições: - Initial training;
