Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to join our fertility team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective and existing patients, explaining fertility treatment options, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout the IVF process.


Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred)
  • Excellent communication and counselling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
Experience
  • 1–5 years of experience in IVF, Healthcare, Hospital, Fertility, or Medical Counselling
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
