Overview
Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park is seeking a seasonal Assistant Meeting and Events Planner. Duration: Seasonal (May 5 - September 30). Primary Function: Serve as the key liaison between our property and tour groups, ensuring seamless coordination of all tour logistics while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and external clients. This role is responsible for preparing comprehensive documentation, managing daily tour operations, and supporting the overall success of tour group stays and special events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) outlining all specifications for tour group stays and distribute to onsite teams weekly
- Prepare and organize essential tour documentation including rooming lists, package details, key packets, vouchers, and room drop schedules
