Responsibilities
- Train, support and coach retail team members in proactive sales of retail merchandise.
- Ensure stores are adequately stocked and merchandise displays are maintained and organized throughout the operating day.
- Manage daily cash handling practices and safeguards, including proper use of POS stations, cash floats, change orders and cash outs.
- Implement and deliver standard operating policies and procedures related to hospitality, retail operations, safety and employee engagement to ensure a memorable guest and staff experience.
