Drive roadmap topics, propose improvements, and own whole epics end-to-end; set patterns and guardrails for the API platformDesign and build backend services and automation APIs (REST) for self-service platform workflows on OpenShift, balancing simplicity, security, and scalabilityImprove CI/CD, automated tests, and quality gates to shorten lead time and increase confidence in production changesDrive API standards and platform guardrails (e.g., OpenAPI, security patterns) with Architecture and Security; enable teams with clear docs and examplesOwn reliability for your components: observability (metrics, logs, tracing), SLOs, runbooks, and post-incident improvements; contribute to security assessments/auditsTake part in the on-call rotation (L1/L2) and reduce operational load through automation and continuous improvement What You Bring
