Alteo is looking for a JDE Business Analyst for a permanent job based in Montreal.
100% Remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and new requirements for EnterpriseOne (E1).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment of business needs with system functionality and identify gaps that may require customizations or process changes.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to business teams in planning, supply chain, warehouse, customer service and other back‑office functions.
System Implementation and Optimization
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of E1.
- Identify and address issues related to E1 and support system improvements.
