Jet Rodder Assistant
Salary: $34.21 per hour, Pay Grade 4
We are hiring a Jet Rodder Assistant to support our Underground Utilities Team within Engineering & Public Works. In this hands‑on role, you’ll assist in operating a truck‑mounted high‑pressure jet rodder and vacuum system to clean and maintain sanitary sewer and storm drain mains. You will help set up traffic control, position equipment over access points, monitor safety conditions, and support cleaning operations using high‑pressure hoses and suction systems. You’ll also assist with hydro excavation, maintain equipment, and ensure job sites are safe and efficient in a variety of outdoor conditions.
