As a Job Developer, you will work within the Aspire, Believe, and Tech Connect programs. Focusing on career coaching and job placement, you will guide participants to access employment aligned with their skills and aspirations. Collaborating closely with Program Managers, you will create inclusive pathways for participants from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess job seekers’ individual skills and needs
• Develop job opportunities through targeted marketing strategies
• Coach participants on job search methods
• Monitor Work Experience Placements for effectiveness
• Maintain positive rapport with clients throughout the job cycle

• 2 years of experience in job development or placement
• Related post-secondary degree or diploma
