Summary of Duties
- Report to the Superintendent Waterfront Operations.
- Navigate the Hamiltonian boat safely through designated routes.
- Provide captivating and informative commentary on points of interest.
- Conduct pre‑tour safety briefings and ensure passengers understand safety protocols.
- Deliver engaging narratives from a preset script.
- Answer passengers’ questions and provide additional information.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and other needs.
- Fill out the daily log to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the Hamiltonian.
