One of our clients, a reputed API pharmaceutical exports company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator for their office based in Mumbai. Job responsibilities will be as follows:


1) International Marketing & Coordination

2) Finding new Importers / Distributors / Whole sellers online.

3) Understanding the need and wants of the customer and offering them products

4) Coordinating with Customers by emails

5) Coordination with the Purchase department and follow up of shipments

6) Follow up with Purchase dept for registration documents and order processing

7) Fixing appointment for overseas exhibitions

8) Coordinating with International buyer’s and Indian Suppliers

9) Sending enquires to suppliers

10) Sending offers to overseas buyers

11) Payment follow-up
