Lead Hand – Production Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Production Teams while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure all production personnel understand and follow applicable procedures, equipment requirements, and check fixture processes.
- Train operators on safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection standards.
- Support workstation set‑ups including installation, testing, and adjustment of tools and fixtures in presses and process machines.
- Drive Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives with support from MPS teams.
- Ensure production and inventory reports are completed accurately and entered into CMI systems in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee adherence to procedures and company policies while providing coaching and performance feedback.
