We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to jump into the world of logistics!
As a **Driver Advocate Jr.
** at GuideOn, you'll work closely with drivers, help keep our loads on track, and make sure all the paperwork is in order so everything runs smoothly — and gets paid on time.What you'll be doing:- Enter and manage load info in our system (we'll show you how!)- Support drivers while they're on the road — updates, ETAs, troubleshooting, etc.- Talk to customers and brokers to keep everyone in the loop- Gather delivery documents and double-check they're complete and accurate- Work with our billing team to help process payments on timeWhat we're looking for:- Strong English skills (you'll be talking to people in the U.S. every day)- Someone who's organized and doesn't mind handling details and documents- A team player who communicates well and stays on top of things- Experience in logistics or admin is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!
