Job Description
Luna is Tex-Mex fusion restaurant that has a capacity of over 90 guests. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30am- 9pm. We serve lunch and dinner as well as offer delivery and takeout whenever we are open.
We are currently looking for full-time a Jr Sous Chef that can run the kitchen under executive Chef.
Job Descripton
- Managing an assigned station in the kitchen
- Assisting Executive Chef by providing support to culinary staff
- Working and training in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensuring food and kitchen safety with a focus on food preparation standards
- Implementing and enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen
- Leading a team of Cooks
- Other duties as required
