Role Overview
Junior Accounts Payable Analyst
Join our Accounts Payable team in the Buenos Aires office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors
- Support analytical reporting related to AP activities
- Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms
- Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Reconcile and analyze monthly reports
- Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
