Junior Back Office – On-site Full-time (Barranquilla or Medellin) – Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
About the Role
The Junior Back Office supports activities that enhance Human Resources Operations, Compliance, and Client Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee life cycle services including E‑Verify, employment screenings, I‑9 support, labor law poster compliance, new hire reporting, employment verifications, and other HR services.
- Ensure timely entry of sensitive information to meet legal and procedural deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and division partners across states and countries to improve HR service delivery and client experience.
- Work with third‑party vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
