Responsibilities:
Cooperating with IT Managers, supporting them in budget planning Maintenance of excel database for budget tracking Processing changes to the budget based on requests, answering budget related questions Timesheets processing, creating purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP and other systems Invoice approval and processing Creation and provision of excel reports Maintaining contact and cooperation with IT Suppliers and Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Controlling Departments Providing trainings on financial tools and procedures for IT Managers Job Requirements
Technical skills to include: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP will be an asset Team player Attention to details, must be a problem solver Organized, analytical and result-oriented Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
