- Accept and process export and import ocean freight bookings
- Coordinate shipments across ocean, with smaller volumes across road and air freight
- Liaise with suppliers (ocean, air, and road) and support rate negotiations
- Ensure accurate accrual of costs, invoicing, and completion of shipment files
- Handle designated key accounts, including coordinating collections, deliveries, and PODs
- Resolve operational issues and invoice queries efficiently
- Prepare quotations and support in managing customer accounts
- Maintain accurate records, invoicing, filing, and general administrative duties
