- Execute domestic and international procurement of raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems (D365 or similar)
- Perform continuous order follow-up (confirmations, lead times, deliveries, and invoicing)
- Work in alignment with demand planning and production
- Maintain operational relationships with approved suppliers
- Conduct RFQs, comparative analyses, and support negotiations
- Monitor import and export logistics processes
- Ensure correct application of Incoterms and contractual terms
- Track supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, and deviations)
- Ensure correct application of prices and active contracts
- Support cost reduction initiatives (savings)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP)
