Mission
The IT Junior Specialist provides second-level technical support, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining a professional, service-oriented attitude.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide second-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first-level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors).
