Job Description
As a Junior KYC Officer your responsibilities are:
- Perform comprehensive KYC checks on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and validate customer documentation according to internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in the system and ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Monitor transactions for any suspicious activity and escalate issues as needed to the compliance team.
- Provide appropriate support and training to the staff, providing appropriate support to the business departments, keeping abreast of the latest regulatory developments having an impact on the Bank's
- business and especially in regards to KYC principles, AML/CTF and sanctions aspects;
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve KYC-related queries efficiently.
