Job Description


  • Legal research on Polish and EU law, including preparation of analyses and memoranda

  • Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

  • Supporting the preparation of legal opinions, due‑diligence reports, and client presentations

  • Assisting in transactional and advisory projects under senior supervision

  • Monitoring legislative changes and case law developments relevant to client matters

  • Day‑to‑day cooperation with lawyers from other offices within the international firm

  • Supporting ongoing client relationships and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives
