Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide legal and administration services to client companies
Liaise with and advise clients on daily administrative and management issues for their companies
Statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications, maintenance of statutory books
Advise clients on constitutional matters and liaison with external advisors where required
Work closely with the team leaders, accountants and secretaries for the administration of the client portfolio
Understand implications of work prepared, i.e. compliance and regulatory
Additional tasks that may from time to time be required which are appropriate to the role and business requirements Requirements:
University degree either in Law or Tax or +3 years of experience in the area working in Luxembourg
