About Your Tasks:
Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions in our financial systems
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various payment methods
Identify, investigate, and flag discrepancies or settlement differences
Support the resolution of payment-related issues in collaboration with senior team members
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all payment processes
Prepare regular reports on payment volumes, performance, and status
Act as a first point of contact for internal payment-related inquiries
Support testing and implementation of new payment methods and system improvements
