Join GyanSys as a Junior SAP Operations Support Consultant in Montreal, CA. This role involves troubleshooting SAP issues, working on-site with teams to ensure smooth operations.
In this on-site position, you will provide first-line support for plant employees facing SAP module issues, primarily in MM, PP, SD, or FICO. Collaborating closely with warehouse staff and supply chain teams, your responsibilities include solving inventory anomalies and updating vital process documentation. Your contribution will directly impact production efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot SAP issues with plant staff directly
• Collaborate with supply chain teams on inventory problems
• Maintain user-friendly process maps and operations documentation
Requirements:
• 2 years of SAP experience through internships or entry-level roles
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
• Willing to work fully on-site at the plant
