- 3-10 years of hands‑on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Central.
- Experience on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is plus.
- Experience in configuring Kronos for:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduling
- Accruals
- Attendance
- Activities
- Attestation
- Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle client interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
- Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices.
- Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests.

- Employee Groups
- Labor Category Profiles
