About the Role
Learning Cubs is a specialist small‑group tutoring provider operating in Nelson, Bolton, and Blackburn. Our KS3 & KS4 English Tutor will support mixed‑ability groups of six children, delivering focused, engaging lessons to close learning gaps.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to mixed‑age groups using curriculum‑aligned materials.
- Help children solve challenging tasks and encourage them to ask for assistance.
- Celebrate progress and recognise hard work and effort.
- Serve as a role model, embodying our Vision and Values and acting as an ambassador for Learning Cubs.
- Create a friendly, enthusiastic learning environment that inspires children to become lifelong learners.
