_Johnson Electric is excited to share we are now recruiting for an onsite labor relations analyst at our Zacatecas, Mexico facility.As a Labor Relations Analyst at Johnson Electric, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and management, to address labor-related issues and promote fair practices.Your Responsibilities would Include:- Employee Relations:- Mediate and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and conflicts.
- Foster open communication between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Labor Compliance:- Stay informed about local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in collective bargaining negotiations.
