We are currently seeking hardscapers, landscape installers, paverlayers, bricklayers, and others with landscape construction experience to serve as CREW LEADERS on our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction of landscape features including retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod installation, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, and planting.
- Coordinate work across 3–4 trades such as concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, and planting.
- Manage a crew of 1–3 people, ensuring high quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Operate company truck and trailer (10–14 ft) as required.
- Communicate schedules, site status, and performance expectations to crew and supervisors.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and local regulations.
