Landscaping Supervisor
Join our team at Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living as a Landscaping Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the overall grounds maintenance of the campus, supervise all grounds employees, and manage all contract administrative functions related to the Grounds Department.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $25/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Grounds Supervisor serves as the working supervisor of the Grounds Department and is responsible for developing and managing departmental budgets, purchasing equipment and supplies, and overseeing contract administration.
- The Grounds Supervisor supervises and assists in all Grounds Department operations, including the maintenance of lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, plants, ponds, parking areas, exterior signage, and boundary fencing.
