**Job Description Summary**: Areas that support the identification and development of the product offerings for the business. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Regional Resource management, planning and allocation of resources to tenders as per schedule & Support to COE for resources on request;
- Resolving people issue ,Support in Coordination of all processes, tools, KPIs, to ensure the transversal coherence in the COE;
- Management of Request for deviations with sourcing, working with senior management people for closing the Cost gaps;
- Participation in Cost optimization and other Approval Gates of ITO process...
