LATAM Human Resources Service Delivery Sr. Manager
The Sr. Manager, HR Shared Services - LATAM, is responsible for leading and managing the HR Shared Services function across LATAM countries. This role oversees a team providing centralized HR operations support throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding to ongoing HR processes. The position ensures excellence in HR Service Delivery, compliance, process optimization, and acts as a key partner for the broader HR Shared Service Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the LATAM HR Shared Services model aligned with global standards and local requirements.
- Lead service delivery for HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, job changes, terminations, leave management, and position management, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
