Job Description

Our client, a mid‑sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Law Clerk / Office Manager for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a Senior Partner
  • Experience with drafting and court/client correspondence
  • Must have management‑side and operations experience
  • Billing to clients
  • Assist with business development and marketing
  • Assist with training of articling students
  • Assist with company events and gifts
  • Expected compensation range: $65,000 to $75,000
  • This is a replacement position with the firm

Requirements

  • 3+ years of law clerk experience
  • Must be experienced with CLIO
  • Hybrid: 3 days in office
