Position
Lawyer, General Counsel Office – supporting the General Counsel on risk management, compliance, and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory issues.
- Assist in updating risk‑related policies.
- Provide legal advice to management and leadership.
- Provide professional development training on risk management.
- Review and comment on firm contracts with vendors.
- Perform legal research and prepare memoranda on professional responsibility and risk management.
- Answer ethics and risk management questions from firm members.
Special Projects
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Licensed LLB / JD in good standing.
