Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Wills, Estates & Trusts experience
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of BC
- Experience preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements
- Experience with Business Succession Planning
- Experience with Estate Administration, Probate, and Intestacy
- Ability to manage files independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
