The Lead AI Consultant role rejects a support‑function model and instead embeds the consultant in client engagements from the earliest strategic conversations through to delivery. The primary focus is on translating AI practice direction into structured client work and measurable outcomes while also leading internal enablement programmes to raise AI literacy across Merkle.
