Job Title: Lead AI Engineer (Azure / GenAI) Location: Toronto, ON 
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred) 
Skills: Digital: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Digital: Azure Machine Learning (ML), AI & GenAI for BPS Experience Required: 8-10 
Job Description LLM Application Development  Build and deploy AI apps using Azure AI Foundry & Azure OpenAI for chatbots, copilots, Q&A, and document summarization. 
Conversational & Enterprise AI Integration  Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems through APIs and microservices. 
LangChain & LangGraph Expertise  Develop LLM workflows using chains, tools, retrievers, and graph-based orchestration for multi-step reasoning. 
Advanced Agentic Systems  Implement tool-calling, multi-agent architectures (supervisor/worker), and manage conversation memory/context.
