Lead Application Support Specialist

Opportunity Enterprise Architecture Platforms team operates RBC’s Application Portfolio Management application, implementing and managing control processes, enhancements, integrations, and supporting partner teams in updating and consuming APM data. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to manage and improve the platform. In this role you will work with other Enterprise Architecture teams to define and improve controls and processes in the APM solution, and partner with clients and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure data accuracy and proper system integration. You will plan, coordinate, communicate and execute activities toward these goals.
