Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff
• Foster relationships with residents and their families
• Assess resident care requirements and placements
• Ensure compliance with care standards and audits
• Administer medication program oversight
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program (LPN or RN)
• Over 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in gerontology
