Lead Coordinator - Equipment Buying Program (12-Month Term)

The Opportunity

Sunoco LP is the largest wholesale fuel supplier in the United States. This role focuses on purchasing equipment and materials through a group‑buying program, including fuel dispensing equipment, point‑of‑sale, and tank gauge systems. The position will receive orders from external customers and internal account managers, create Service Now purchase order requests, and manage the entire order pipeline—capturing orders, creating purchase orders in JD Edwards, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate billing to customers or internal capital accounts. The role also monitors Salesforce queues and works with vendors to assure correct ordering, delivery, and invoicing. This is a 12‑month temporary term role.
