Position Overview
We’re seeking a Lead / Principal Data Analytics Consultant who can turn complex healthcare and medical claim data into clear, actionable insights — and help build the foundation for our growing analytics organization.
You’ll work across Power BI (DAX, Power Query, visuals), SQL, and Python to design scalable models and reports, then go beyond dashboards to interpret results, frame the story, and advise decision-makers.
This role is hands-on today but designed for leadership. You’ll take ownership of key client deliverables while mentoring and growing a high-performing analytics team, including shaping the development of our new Colombian and Philippines delivery hubs.
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of the datasets we work with, this is a 100% in-office position based in Colombia. Because we work closely with U.S. healthcare clients and need rapid iteration on analytics deliverables, this role will work standard U.S. business hour...
