We are seeking a Lead Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Unconventional Resource Operation Excellence & Compliance Division (UROECD) under Unconventional Resources organization (UR). UROECD is responsible for planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of safety and environmental measures and initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and expectations.
Your primary role is to independently lead major initiatives or projects and provide work direction to teams. You will typically report within an operating department, although other reporting relationships—such as within an engineering or maintenance organization—are also possible.
